why are there some really old posts on the 1st page of posts??

Because someone was searching for info and found an old post and they replyed to that post. So that brings up the first post ever. Hope this helped.

There was another spammer attack last night and things got rather messed up.
thanks, that did help, i confused myself further by not looking at dates of posts but date the poster joined, doh!
