Miarge Standard Rm vs. Flamingo Go! Room

*sigh* I know the answer is somewhere in the forum but TA is being wonky and not letting me search or go past the first page at the moment:

How would one compare a standard room at the Mirage to the Flamingo%26#39;s Go! rooms if pricing were the same? Does one outshine the other or are the about the same? Which would you prefer? Etc...

Thanks!

Miarge Standard Rm vs. Flamingo Go! Room

I haven%26#39;t been in a Go room, but have been in the Mirage rooms. I%26#39;d choose Mirage over the Flamingo because it%26#39;s a better facility overall.

I%26#39;d agree with gabby. Mariage is way nicer than Flamingo. Go! rooms looked kind of tacky to me from the pics I%26#39;ve seen, but to each their own.

Go room is kinda tacky BUT large flat screen plasmas in the Room, plasma built into the bathroom mirror, King beds... The only thing I thought I could%26#39;ve done without was the %26#39;pinkness%26#39;. EVERYTHING was pink.

I%26#39;ve stayed in both...Mirage hands down! The only way I%26#39;d stay at the Flamingo again is if the rooms were free. The Go Luxury rooms are more ';interesting'; than standard Mirage rooms, but the Mirage is just a much nicer hotel/casino IMHO.

If the price was the same for the Mirage and the Flamingp that alone should say your paying to much for the Flamingo.

The Mirage is scales up in class over the Flamingo.

I wouldn%26#39;t accept even for nothing the penthouse at the IP over the Mirage.

I agree - overall Mirage is a better property and if you can get it at the same price as Flamingo, then either Flamingo is too expensive or you%26#39;re getting a great deal at Mirage.

Thanks!

Yes, it appears that I%26#39;m getting quoted a great deal at Mirage. (Less than $10 more a day for a long weekend compared to the upgraded Go! room at the Flamingo)

Now I play the game of book now or hold out for better pricing. (The rates were part of a pacakge deal; no going back and rebooking without penalty)

i%26#39;ve stayed in both. the mirage a few years ago and the Go room a couple weeks ago.

i prefered the Go room. there were some technical difficulties with the Go room, but i loved the big bathroom, seperate shower and tub, and the duvet on the bed.

the mirage room had a tiny bathroom and more traditional bedding.
