My wife will be meeting some friends at the Mandalay Bay for dinner (they aren%26#39;t sure which one yet), then will be heading out to a bachelorette party. She is very concerned about what to wear to a nice dinner, then to the Voodoo Lounge. She was thinking about a low cut dress that comes to just above the knees. Obviously this would be ok for a club like Voodoo, but what about dinner at a nicer restaurant?

You mean the hemline comes to just above the knees, or the neckline comes to just above the knees? (It%26#39;s Vegas, I have to ask.)

Seriously, as long as she%26#39;s not popping out of the damn thing, no one at the restaurant is going to care.

The dress will be fine. Almost any type of clothing in any restaurant will be allowed in Vegas. Dress up- dress down- the choice is really up to you.

This is perfect; in fact with the way some people look in LV these days shes over dressed.

The less women wear. the better chance getting into night clubs. Men is another story, the smell of money works best when it comes to night clubs. Otherswise resturaunts only require a wallet.
