Casual steakhouse

Looking for a recommendation on a steak place that might be more casual, something that might be good for a group (5-6) of 20-something guys. Preferably on the strip. Thanks.

What is your price range and when you say casual, what do you mean? t-shirts, shorts and sandals or khakis and a polo shirt?

Most of the Steakhouses are casual to dressy depending, casual means slacks and a top, Not jeans, sandals, t shirts or fanny packs.

There are MANY excellent steakhouses in LV, this is a very small list among many others.

You can wear jeans, sandals, and a t-shirt to any of the places DiceMan mentioned, and probably to any other place you would be interested in going.

As you would expect, most people will be at least slightly more dressed up than that for dinner, but very few places that I know of will turn you away.

A good rule of thumb is that the higher the prices, the more well dressed the average customer will be.

My steakhouse recommendation is Delmonico at the Ventian, as usual.

A lot depends on you. If you have no problem going to a nice restaurant in jeans and t-shirt, they will probably let you in and what you wear won%26#39;t kill anyone sitting next to you. However, for all of the restaurants that were mentioned, I would hope the men in my group at least had on nice pants and a shirt with a collar.

Smith and Wollensky%26#39;s sounds like the kind of place for you. Good steakhouse right on the strip (between PH and MGM) and can accomodate a large group.

Someone previous mentione dthe Pal which is also excellent but kinda pricey...

You probably will get better service if you dress up a bit. I can just see a group of 6 twenty-somethings going into Delmonico looking like they just got off the beach and then complaining about service, etc. Doesn%26#39;t matter how much you intend to spend, if you look like you don%26#39;t have respect for the restaurant, they may treat you the same way. Not saying they are right but ...

For a group of guys, I%26#39;d say the Palm or CC Steakhouse......think Palm though. If you want to go off strip, Del Frisco%26#39;s is excellent.
