Hi Everyone! Best modestly priced Chinese Restaurant in LV?

Hi Everyone!

I love you guys. You always have such innovative and great ideas.

Is Chin Chin%26#39;s in NYNY a good choice? My brother in law loves Chinese and I%26#39;m at a loss. We%26#39;ve tried Moongate at the Mirage already. Do you have any ideas on where to go?

Thanks, Lucia

Hi Everyone! Best modestly priced Chinese Restaurant in LV?

i really liked chin chin. we got the sampler plate of appetizers and it was great. hubby and i both liked our entrees. i think i had sesame chicken and hubby had bbq pork. the prices were right and the service was great.

We really liked P.F. Chang%26#39;s over at the Aladdin (now Planet Hollywood). The food was delicious, each dish had its own unique taste unlike some Chinese restaurants where they all sort of taste the same. And it wasn%26#39;t that expensive at all. We%26#39;ll probably go there for lunch one day while we%26#39;re there as we%26#39;re staying next door at the Paris.

If your brother in law loves Chinese then he%26#39;ll probably be disappointed by just about everything available on the Strip, especially if ';modestly'; priced is an important factor.

As firsttimer mentioned, Mayflower is good and if you want to consider Thai as an alternative, Lotus of Siam is one of LV%26#39;s finest restaurants.

if you want the REAL chinese food esp. the Cantonese cooking meal. I think Wynn%26#39;s are pretty decent. second i will go for Bellagio and Venetian. you can check their menus on the hotel%26#39;s website.

you can find the very original Cantonese dishes in these esp. Wynn%26#39;s. those i only find in Hong Kong, not any other Chinese restaurants in the US

The Chinese high rollers usually play in these 3, so their chefs work hard to satify them.

Somehow I do not think any restaurant in the Wynn could be considered moderately priced,

As blagger said off strip is your best bet.

Dragon Noodle in Monte Carlo is a delicious choice. Food prepared fresh in open kitchen area, reasonable pricr for generous portions.

We eat there almost every trip. Great to share family style.

Noodles in Bellagio is what I would call moderately priced and it serves Asian food for a variety of countries. It is very casual (for Bellagio).

Thanks so much everyone! I%26#39;m going to print this thread out and give it to my brother-in-law. He%26#39;ll be happy to see all the choices.

We ate at PF Changs in Planet Hollywood (formerly Aladdin). Tastefully decorated, hip atmosphere, very reasonable priced, and the food is delicious. Of course, if you have already eaten at this chain restaurant, you will not find this Vegas location to be any different.
