Where should we stay?

Hi guys! My husband and I are planning our first trip to Vegas. It will either be the last weekend in September or the middle of October. My question for all of you is..which of the Harrah%26#39;s owened properties should we stay at? This wil be a very short trip (Fri-Sun) and I want to make the most of our time. I know that Harrah%26#39;s is pretty much center-strip, but I have always wanted to stay at Paris. Anyway, I am open to all suggestions! Thanks in advance!

Where should we stay?

Stay at the Paris and don%26#39;t think twice about it.

Where should we stay?

I would stay at Paris (mt wife%26#39;s favorite), no camparison to Harrah%26#39;s or any other Harrahs casinos.

My secon choice would be CP

We stayed at Paris for the first time last year for 5 nights and enjoyed it so much we are booked there again 7/22 - 7/27. Had a very nice time, good service, comfy rooms, fantastic location.

I wouldn%26#39;t hesitate to recommend Paris to friends...

Caesars

I agree with MusicMan about CP as 2nd choice. Much bigger location different vibe but these are the two top choices among the Harrah%26#39;s family.

I always had a good time at the Rio, but the off strip location is something that doesn%26#39;t appeal to everyone

If your%26#39;e staying on-strip I would recommend Paris If you would stay off-strip it would be the Rio.

CP is great, but lets be honest, if you want to have fun, paris is a better choice. CP is for serious people that are there, either for gambling, or showing off their jewelry.

Rio is a fun place, but not for the first visit. However, if you can spare few hours, i would recommend visiting it (that is after you saw everything else on the strip. (Rio is not a must see for the first trip)

If you can afford Caesars then its a no brainer.

If not, then go for Paris over Harrah%26#39;s

CP is for serious people that are there, either for gambling, or showing off their jewelry.

LOL, anybody with any brains would leave the Rolexes and serious jewelry home, this is not a town to be flashing serious bling bling around. .

Just remember - staying Friday,Saturday,Sunday is probably going to be alot more expensive (if that matters to you), then staying Sunday thru Thursday.

The past few years we%26#39;ve stayed at the RIO, but that%26#39;s cause we like the pool area. We%26#39;ve also stayed at Paris and Caesars - Paris is much smaller than Caesars - but then the time we stayed at Caesars - you really don%26#39;t ever have to leave Caesar%26#39;s (but for a first trip - you have to go and check everything out.)

Also, for a first trip, I%26#39;d also suggest the Sunday thru Thursday time period - since any casino/hotel in Vegas is alot more crowded on the weekends. Just my opinion.

Enjoy!
